I recalled just now that I forgot to post the scarf itself you’ve seen around in the gallery with the coats.
I wanted to see how the big crochet patterns work in smaller scale, so for a test, I took a simple sewing thread, a small crochet and just went and had fun. In the end, it took me three evenings to make it.
I am quite pleased how it turned out. It can be folded easily and pulled tight under the chin like a usual scarf. It’s surprisingly soft for a sewing thread. Definitely trying further with that part of the miniatures – the scale is big enough for a week’s project.
